Shipping & Returns
At Tennis Central, we want to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. To achieve this, we have developed the following shipping policy that outlines our domestic and international shipping options, local delivery options, in-store pickup options, shipping costs, carriers used, and processing times.
Domestic and International Shipping Options:
We currently offer shipping domestically. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping rates will vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location.
In-store Pickup Options:
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, we offer in-store pickup at our 44 Price St, Toronto location. Orders can be picked up during our regular business hours.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. You can calculate your shipping costs by adding the items to your cart and entering your shipping address.
We use UPS for all domestic orders. We may use other carriers at our discretion.
Processing Times: We aim to process all orders within 4-6 business days. However, during peak periods or for custom orders, processing times may be longer. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.
At Tennis Central, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have developed the following return policy that outlines which items can be returned or exchanged, which products are final sale, the amount of time you have to request a refund or exchange, how to initiate a refund or exchange, and how the refund will be processed.
Which items can be returned or exchanged:
We accept returns or exchanges for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items that are damaged, stained, or missing their original tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Customers have 30 days from the original purchase date to request a refund or exchange.
How to initiate a refund or exchange:
To initiate a refund or exchange, please CLICK HERE. Provide your order number, zip code, and the reason for the return or exchange.
You can also get in touch with our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
How the refund will be processed:
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be processed back to that credit card. If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be processed back to that gift card or store credit. In some cases, we may issue a store credit instead of a refund. Please allow 10 days for the refund to be processed.
