As a part of our location, we operate inside a private club, and we kindly ask all our valued customers to be mindful of the club's rules during their visit. Your cooperation ensures a pleasant experience for everyone. Here are a few important guidelines to keep in mind:
Respect Club Rules: Please be mindful of and respect all club regulations while enjoying our store. As a reminder, we request no cell phone use within the club premises.
Pet Policy: For the comfort and safety of all members and guests, we kindly ask that pets, including dogs, remain outside the club area.
Stroller-Free Zone: To ensure easy navigation and prevent any inconvenience, we request that strollers be left outside the club premises.
Check-In with Reception: To ensure a smooth entry and access to our shop, please check in with the club's reception upon arrival. They will be more than happy to guide you to our store's exact location within the club.

I need my racquet strung ASAP, is it possible?
Yes. Most of the time we are able to offer express stringing services. Give us a call at 416-922-4229.
How do I know which strings I need?

Do you offer shipping services?
Yes, we do offer shipping services. We only ship within Canada, and use UPS as our carrier.
